The things I’ve learned as a software engineer are could be concidered innumerable compared to previous work experiences. However the one thing I have definitely learned is how to tinker, more than I ever have before. Many who know me well would probably say I’ve always had that tendency. I forgot how many times I would tweak and then fix 
my Dad’s computer before he had to start working on grades. Anyways, that random bit o’ nothing aside, I’ve tinkered much more with my themes for WordPress/Gallery2 much more than I ever intended, and so far I’m pretty happy with what I’ve come up with. While for the most part they are simply layout changes, including such things as lightbox support for both is pretty cool (note the snazzy display of pictures that pops up). One of the big changes however was simplifying some of the header so that there’s more space for seeing posts and pictures without having to do a whole lot of scrolling first (plus it’s easier for me to randomly change the picture when ever I get the itch to do so).
Enough rambling from someone who should have gone to bed hours ago… again… I hope everyone likes the changes… I may tweak them here and there as time comes about, but I think I’m going to get back into things I’ve gotten a little behind on (I.E. family videos, church website, and other misc stuffs).
