Wow… Has it really been almost a whole year? I guess I just haven’t had the time to roam the internet like I used to. Anyways, this time it’s back to Linux with a really well written HowTo called “Optimal Use of Fonts on Linux“. This page goes into details about the handling of fonts in Linux, including its difficulties, steps on how to get more fonts installed, and other things you can do to improve the rendering of your fonts (and I’m not just saying turning on anti-aliasing). Either way this is a very good read for anyone interested in fonts under Linux…
