More House Work

One of the many issues the town house we own has is the wonderfully horrible doors that came with it. We’re not 100% sure if they are the original doors that the house was built with but half of them of falling apart. One thing we decided a long time ago was that we needed to get the majority of the doors replaced before the baby comes. The main reason is due to the fact that we need to have the ability to keep the cats out of the rooms the baby is in, and to have properly lockable doors for when the kid gets older. Thus, begins the next phase of repairs on the money pit. We picked up the doors this morning and we’re already about half way through the hallway doors upstairs. Fortunately another week of getting the house a little closer to ready, unfortunately haven’t had much time to post… Hopefully later tonight I’ll be able to sit down and go through a lot of the questions that came up during my presentation of PHP at the PPLUG meeting this week.
