New Kernel Head-aches

Well here’s the lo-down… I did find that despite the complete patching a compilation of the orinoco 0.13e driver against the 2.6.2-4 kernel, it wasn’t function quite correctly… I thought it was something I was doing as in possibly your not supposed to have your network interface for that device turned on yet… Well come to find out there have been some changes, even though the version of the orinoco driver has not changed…. I’m not sure if that is just a fluke or not… Fortunately airsnort’s website finally had someone post one that was updated for the 2.6.2… tried it… IT WORKS PERFECTLY!!!! Anyways… As soon as gnome gets this stuff fixed (if you haven’t heard their web page got hacked)… I will be starting the fun compile and posting images on my website… along with images of gimp 2.0!!
