What did ever do to anyone to deserve the medical issues I have? I guess I shouldn’t complain too much, because most everything has been something that’s correctable. However it still is fairly frustrating.
For those of you who don’t know, I had a pace maker installed due to a sinodal pause, which was put in due to dizzy spells. Afterwards I later found out that the dizzy spells were actually vertigo spells, which can be caused by a completely different set of issues. So after four different doctors, and a gauntlet of dianostics, they have determined that I have a form of general seizure disorder. It took a couple tries, but we finally found a medication that keeps these vertigo spells under control.
Now, onto the new problem. I was just informed the other day that my echo-cardiogram showed that my left ventricle has increased in size. Because of the possibility of this turning into an enlarged heart, which can turn into congestive heart failure or add to the possibility of adult sudden death, they’ve put me on an ACE Inhibitor.
So, my adventures in continued medical problems continues. One can only hope and pray that this is it for the time being…
