Alliant TechSystems Inc. Acquires Mission Research Corporation

Well it’s official.  The company that I work for, Mission Research Corporation, is being acquired by ATK (Alliant Techsystems Inc.).  Many of the guys at work have been through acquisitions with companies that they have previously worked with, but I’m concerned none the less because I’ve never experienced such a transition.  Unfortunately now it’s nothing more than a waiting game, but my stomach turns thinking about loosing such a wonderful job working with such a great group of people.
